We are directly above the Station Parade entrance to Southgate tube station, a few seconds walk from the main entrance. The station is serviced by the Piccadilly line.

The 125, W6, W9, 121, 299, 382, 298 buses drop you right at our doorstep.

Parking – Southgate Asda offers 3 free hours of parking and is a 3 minute walk from the gym. There is also free parking on the side roads. Local parking is free on Sundays and from 6.30 PM every evening.
